刚看到一段话,不确定可靠,不过有闲工夫去查一下应该能确认:
I'm certain Mojo has double Hugo's tap length but runs at half speed because either John Franks or Rob Watts said so on Head Fi. One just has to look through all their posts to find it. But that's neither here nor there. The bigger deal with Hugo 2 as noted in the presentation is that the added tap length is used to upsample to 256fs instead of 16fs and that improves timing as Rob Watts pointed out. It's one of those improvements that one has to hear to understand. Moving from 4fs of the QBD76 to 16fs of the Mojo to 256fs of DAVE, the sound of each clap or drum strike or string plucking is just more and more realistic. I didn't fully understand it until I went to a Boston Symphony Orchestra performance one day and suddenly it clicked and I knew what to listen for. I think Hugo 2 will be a super exciting product for a lot of people. |
