For over 40 years, Bowers & Wilkins’ flagship 801 loudspeakers have been used in Abbey Road Studios as reference monitors to help world-famous artists and talented engineers create some of the most important music and film scores ever recorded.This pair of Nautilus 801 loudspeakers was first delivered to Abbey Road Studios in 2000 and were used in two of the most renowned spaces in the building, Studio Two and Studio Three, up until 2019.As a result, the very first time many of music’s most influential artists heard their new recordings being played back anywhere, it was being played back on these exact loudspeakers.
