Foobar推送HQPlayer第二弹

缺点是出声延迟较大
2. 新方法是推送到HQPlayer嵌入版，也就是说foobar和HQ不会在同一台电脑上，缺点是不支持DSD
安装的foobar新插件变为UPnP MediaRenderer Output https://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_out_upnp
如图设置，注意foobar输出要点选24bit(含）以上，否则弹窗报错
